This piece of meat will be the death of all other meats. The marble of the fat made the meat juicy and full of flavor. It could melt in your mouth. Best way to cook this is to marinate with salt, then sous vide at 120° for 1h10min, then flash grill on the BBQ at 3min each side.
You know what to they say, once you go Bone-in Ribeye MBS 6-7, you can't go back.

Amazing

Probably the best tasting steak I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and cook it on a traeger grill. Pure bliss 💖

Very good!

Fast Delivery, Quick response but most importantly, very delicious piece of delicacy! Went on Youtube to follow some cooking method and the meat was cooked to perfection!

Great for BBQ

My go to steak for weekend BBQ. Reverse sear on BBQ until internal temp of 115°F (not under open flame) then brush on butter and sear all sides at high temp on open flame. My guests are amazed every time. I usually share a 900 gram piece between many people with other dishes. This steak is really tender and juicy. Very beefy in flavor.
